Use of Our Services

• You must not use our platform for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.

Account Registration & Security

• To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Subscription & Payment Policy

• We offer free and paid subscription plans for accessing our services.
• Premium subscriptions provide additional features, such as:
  • Access to case summaries
  • Ability to download judgments
  • AI chatbot interactions

No Refund Policy

• All payments for premium subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Once you subscribe, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to incomplete usage, dissatisfaction, or accidental purchases.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

Additional Packs

• Each premium subscription includes:
  • 500 downloads of judgments 
  • 500 AI chatbot questions 
• Once a user exhausts the 500 questions or 500 downloads, they can purchase an additional pack of the same limit for ₹500.
• Additional packs will be valid for of purchase.

AI Chat & Data Usage

• Our AI chat system allows users to interact with an AI-powered legal assistant.
• All prompts and responses entered in the AI chat are stored and may be used to improve our services.
• You must not input confidential or sensitive legal information into the AI chat.

Content Ownership & Restrictions

• Intellectual Property: All content, including research data, summaries, and AI-generated outputs, is owned by IndianCourtCases.com and protected under copyright laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content from our platform without prior authorization.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
