This Agreement is binding on the parties, their heirs, administrators, successors, and assigns.

No waiver by either party of any default shall be deemed a waiver of any prior or subsequent default.


18. SEVERABILITY


If any provision is held invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions, which shall remain in full force.


19. ASSIGNABILITY

20. INTEGRATION


This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties, revoking and superseding all prior agreements.
