Users agree to pay the License Fee or other consideration for the Software and Documentation as specified. License Fees are billed at the beginning of the subscription and automatically renewed unless cancelled. Users are responsible for taxes and other charges. Refunds are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. PROTECTION OF SOFTWARE

Users shall not remove or obscure any copyright notice, modify the Software, or use it in ways that infringe copyrights or proprietary interests. Ownership of the Software remains with IndianCourtCases.com. Users shall treat the Software and Documentation as confidential.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Users acknowledge that the Software and Documentation contain valuable proprietary products and trade secrets. Users agree to treat the Software and Documentation as confidential and protect their confidentiality as outlined in this section.

10. WARRANTIES AND SUPERIOR RIGHTS

Only warranties required by statute are given. IndianCourtCases.com represents ownership of the Software and the right to grant licenses. No legal relationship is established through the information provided on IndianCourtCases.com.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Users shall indemnify IndianCourtCases.com against claims arising from their modification or enhancement of the Software.

12. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days written notice for a material breach. Upon termination, user rights under this Agreement cease, and IndianCourtCases.com may require the return of materials related to the Platform.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable for delays resulting from force majeure events, including acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances.

14. NOTICES

Any notices required under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent by certified or registered mail or delivered by a national overnight express service.

15. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTES

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Bangalore, India. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore and waive any jurisdictional or venue defences.

16. AGREEMENT BINDING ON SUCCESSORS

This Agreement is binding on the parties, their heirs, administrators, successors, and assigns.

17. WAIVER

No waiver by either party of any default shall be deemed a waiver of any prior or subsequent default.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions, which shall remain in full force.

19. ASSIGNABILITY

The license granted is personal and may not be assigned without the consent of IndianCourtCases.com.

20. INTEGRATION

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties, revoking and superseding all prior agreements.
