This Refund Policy applies to users of IndianCourtCases.com ("the Platform") who have subscribed to either a monthly or yearly plan. IndianCourtCases.com is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


2. MONTHLY PLAN REFUND CONDITIONS


For users on a monthly plan:


- Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) days of the billing cycle start date.

- If the request is raised after the 5th day of the month, no refund will be issued for that month.

- Refund requests submitted within the first five (5) days of the month will be processed promptly.


3. YEARLY PLAN REFUND CONDITIONS


For users on a yearly plan:


- Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the billing cycle start date.

- Refunds for yearly plans are applicable only if the request is made within thirty (30) days of the start of the annual billing cycle.

- After the initial thirty (30) days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining months in the annual subscription.


4. PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A REFUND REQUEST


To initiate a refund request, users must:


- Submit the refund request by email to support@indiancourtcases.com.

- Clearly state the reason for the refund request.

- Subject of the mail has to be “REFUND REQUEST”


5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME


Refund requests will be processed within fourteen (14) working days. The processing time may vary, and users will be notified of the status of their refund request.


7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE REFUND POLICY


IndianCourtCases.com reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for changes.
